- We would like to start out by thanking Lee Bergsbaken for his years of service to the Town of Green Valley Plan Commission. Lee has been the acting vice chairman for several years. His dedication to the Town has been greatly appreciated. Lee has resigned from our board. We will miss Lee and wish him the best.
- On that note we would like to introduce Marlene Schuda as Lee’s replacement on the Plan Commission board. We are looking forward to working with Marlene. Marlene’s term is 3 years. At our September 1st Plan Commission meeting we will fill the position of vice chairman.
- The Plan Commission held a Public Hearing on August 24, 2010, regarding recommending an ordinance for work in road right-of-ways to the Town of Green Valley board. The ordinance will require an application, fee and permit with any requirements listed.
- This is a reminder, if you are in need of field access or driveway you need to fill out an application for a permit. After the application is filled and returned to the Plan Commission chairman or secretary, the site will be inspected by a Town board member and/or a Plan Commission member. A recommendation will then be determined and a Permit will be issued after receipt of the required fee.
